Banana Fritters In Jaggery Syrup

The bananas were getting ripened too quickly. And the children were not  keen or  hungry  to eat them immediately. However in a day, they will all get over ripened  and will be an excuse for the children to refuse eating the fruits.Since I didnt want the fruits to go waste, I decided to make a sweet dessert out of the bananas. This will keep longer in the refrigerator.

The recipe for banana fritters
Sieve 1 1/2  cups of flour.Mash 5 well ripened  bananas and mix them together..Add a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of bicarbonate soda.Add  a little water .( the mixture should be of very thick consistency).Leave aside for 15-20 minutes.Drop spoonfuls into hot oil and fry till golden brown.
